We email your purchase confirmation after payment. Your tickets will be sent to that same email address 7 days before the event. With Pay in 3, the first payment reserves your access and all three payments must be completed before ticket delivery.

Choose Pay in 3 at checkout when available for eligible orders of ₡3,000 or more through December 7, 2026. There is no installment fee. The first card payment is due today, the second on the middle date shown at checkout, and the final payment on December 21, 2026. All dates use Costa Rica time. You review the exact amounts and dates, then authorize saving your card and charging it automatically. Tickets for fully paid orders will be emailed 7 days before the event.

Open your saved order link to update your card or complete an outstanding payment. Pay in 3 reservations must be fully paid by the end of December 21, 2026, Costa Rica time. Unpaid reservations are canceled after that deadline, and automatic charges stop. Any refund request is reviewed individually; a refund is not automatic.

Pay in full supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link when shown at checkout. Prices are in colones; cards from other countries may be shown their own currency when paying in full. Pay in 3 uses card payments in Costa Rican colones only. Valid discount codes work with Pay in full and Pay in 3. Apply your code before accepting the three-payment schedule. The charge appears as Selva Productions LLC.

The festival starts at noon on December 31 and ends January 2. One-night passes without the pool party give access from 6 pm to 3 am on the booked night. Check your pass and extras for daytime and camping access.

Your order shows the nights you booked. A 2-night pass covers December 31 and January 1.

Member access sells in tiers. Each tier has a set number of spots at its price; when it sells out, the next tier opens at a higher price. The page always shows the current tier and how many are left in it.

Yes. Buy member access for several people in one order. All tickets will be sent to the email address used for the purchase 7 days before the event.

Yes. Once your order is fully paid, your order page lets you add extras with the card you paid with, and we email offers as they open up.

Pay-in-full purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable under the policy published by Selva Productions LLC. Pay in 3 reservations follow the terms shown before checkout: refund requests are reviewed individually, and cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund.
